Kitchen Team Executive Chef Christopher Lonergan
Chris has 20+ years’ experience in kitchens all around Australia. Proficient in European and Thai cuisine but experienced in cuisines across the board, Chris has been able to slowly improve the quality and processes of our kitchen.
Chris appreciates the limitless culinary boundaries and strives for food to be both tasty and welcoming, enjoying taking the time to make something good, flavourful and nourishing.
He is passionate about allowing foods to speak for themselves and complimenting them, not overbearing them with too many additional flavours. With a keen interest in self-sustainability, Chris has strived to incorporate some of our very own, proudly grown herbs in to many dishes and has future ambitions to be able to incorporate other "home-grown" Abundance produce.
