Trigger Point Therapy - A manual technique that releases and stretches trigger points. These can be described as core points within a taut band of muscles that cause referred pain and restriction.

Ear Candling - A Hopie Indian tradition performed using a hollow, beeswax coated candle. Useful for the relief of sinus congestion, hearing loss, earaches and onset of cold symptoms.

Traditional Cupping - a technique used in traditional Chinese Medicine to restore balance, relieve pain and maintain health and harmony.

Skin Balancing - Deep enzyme based exfoliation, concentrated ampoule serum, facial massage and steam, followed by a gorgeous mask, eye contour cream, treatment cream and sunshield to complete. Specific to your skin type. 60 minutes - $85

Intensive Vitamin C - An energising and hydrating treatment, combining essential oils, orange concentrate ampoule, mandarin face mask and vitamin cocktail to nourish. 50 minutes - $95
